Meditation

Stress in one big source of all abnormalities in body and mind. Stress is caused by over activity by engaging in unwanted thoughts. Meditation is creating the cessation of all thought. As thoughts dissipate, the mind becomes quiet, and we are able to be fully in the present moment. The techniques of meditation are simple and easy to learn. The benefits of a regular meditation practice include reduction of stress, tension, anxiety and frustration, as well as improved memory, concentration, inner peace and whole body well-being. We offer regular, custom and distant (email, telephone, skype etc..) based meditation services. Just call or write to us for knowing about it. Meditation classes in Bangalore are conducted 2 days a week for one hour each.
