Meditation classes in Bangalore are conducted 2 days a week for one hour each.

Regular: Classes are conducted in our center on Tuesday and Thursday. Timings: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 7:30AM

Custom: Based on requirement and concern. Conducted online through e-mail, skype for prior practitioner
